All pieces are handmade and the pricing of each piece is listed on our website in US Dollars. All pieces are inventoried on our website and available to ship right away and will typically ship within 3-7 days of purchase. I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?
So sorry you don't love your purchase! We allow for free 30 day returns on every order within the U.S., no questions asked. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send you a return label. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method once we receive the merchandise. Your credit card should take about 3-5 business days to process the refund.
HOW DOES SHIPPING/RETURNS WORK OUTSIDE OF THE USA
Shipping outside of the U.S. is calculated at checkout. Shipping generally takes 5-10 days to arrive. We unfortunately can’t allow returns outside of the U.S.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?
Yes! Please let us know when you request your return label, and we will give you your store credit so you can begin shopping! We can not ship your new purchase until your original has been returned to us.
